Women’s Rights in Iran and Comparison with the Constitution of the Republic of Iran

The government of the Islamic republic of Iran which during its years of rein has many phenomena in the field of human rights abuses particularly the obvious violation of women’s rights in its forty year black background in all political and socio-cultural fields.
Obviously in the private area especially women‚ these violation of rights are evidence.
The government that drafting of the constitution but they obviously violate it.
Below is a brief summary of their violation

:
1- Breaking the dignity and the supreme value of humanity (the second principle of section 6th of 177th principles of the constitution.)
Daily news headlines in the social/cultural and political fields all together are signs of breaking the dignity and the supreme value of humanity.
For example plastic surgery included the breast beauty or female reproductive system and related surgery for women‚ they have to permit from their husband. And it means that the appearance of the woman and also some parts of her body not belong to herself.

2- Create insecure environment for women (3th principle-part one)
For example in the name of hijab ‚women are always threatened and humiliated.

It entered into force as an international treaty on 3 September 1981 after the twentieth country had ratified it.
