Nordrhein-Westfalen and Austria monthly joint speech was held on 19 o`clock to the central Europe on April 18th 2019, with the both representation members and delegation of human rights activists. In this meeting after the Human rights violations report and analysis in Farvardin 98, the 1 Article of Human Rights Declaration has been compared with the Islamic Republic of Iran constitution.
