At least, 8 prisoners with drug related charges were hanged in Ghezelhesar prison in Karaj.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), 8 prisoners with the names of Nader Hajizadeh, Mohammad Barani, Jahangir Shah Zehi, Mehran Balouch Zehi, Mehrshad Solimani, Reza Daeizadeh, Ehsan Saghafi and Abbas Ameri were executed in Ghezelhesar prison of Karaj, on Monday May 25th.
