Freedom of Expression of Opinion and Belief; on the other hand, freedom of expression is a way to pass the opinion and belief to others. at the preamble of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a world without the fear and freedom of expression of opinion, has been stated as the highest human ideal. Freedom of expression is the basic criterion for a multi-voice and democratic society. Violation of this freedom always, demolish the other human rights. Publicly, freedom of expression, is an innate right without any fear of censorship or punishment. Unfortunately, this right not only does not count as an innate right, but also has been deprived by torture and intimidation.

Commemoration of World Day Against Child Labor Video and Audio Clip

Since 2002, June 12 has been announced as World Day Against Child Labor, which requires the cooperation of governments, employers, labor organizations, society and millions of people. “Labor of Child” is mentioning as a work which in implementing by the underaged children. Poverty, neglecting the children, suburbanite and miseducation, are the reasons of increasing the occurrence of child labor. International Labor Organization, on the convention no. 138 which refers to minimum age of the work of children (Article 2-3), vividly declares that minimum age of children is 15 years old. but the obligation law of Iran, does not categorize the work of under 15 children as the child labor. in Iran, sequentially, Khorasan Razavi, Sistan & Balouchestan and Tehran have the most labor children. in addition of Iranian children, as the consequence of poverty, lack of citizenship rights or lack of financial or mental support of the government of Islamic Republic of Iran, foreign children (specially afghan), Inevitably, are working at the early ages.
