The constitution, civil code and penal code of Islamic Republic of Iran with emphasis on religious standards has been done many numerous violent against the women in form of the law. Liberty, security and welfare of women it has been threatened. As some experts says; the penal code of the Islamic Republic of Iran for women is one of the most “violent rules in the world” which in all aspects affects the millions life of Iranian women.

. A man can divorce his wife whenever he wants. (Civil Code, Article 133)
. For the maintenance of a child, the mother will have a right just for two years from the date of the birth to keep her child and after the expiry of this period, the guardianship of the child will be with father except for the girls the mothers can have the responsibility of them only until the age of seven. (Civil Code, Article 1169)
. Everybody whose father is Iranian, whether they born in Iran or outside are known as Iranian citizen. (The Citizenship is transferring Solely from the Father) (Civil Code, Article 679)
. A woman can not accept any guardianship without the consent of her husband. (Civil Code, Article 1233)
. A husband can ban his wife from any profession or job, which in his view it is not right job. (Civil Code, Article 1117)
. Married women and those who are under 18 years of age with written consent of the husband and in necessary case with the permission of the prosecuting attorney can apply for a passport. (Clause 3, Article 81 of Passport)
. The President of country should be elect only among the religious and political eligible men. (Article 15 of the Constitution)
. The purposely murder can be prove only with testimony of the two righteous men, and the testimony of woman isnot acceptable in court. (Islamic Penal Code, Article 732)
.The judges must be select only among the eligible men. (Rule of selection of the court judges)
. The wergild of the Muslim women which is in purposely murdered or un-purposely is half of the wergild of Muslim men. (The Islamic Penal Code, Article 300)
. If the husband, at the time of dying does not have any child or grandchildren from the spouse or the
exwife the inheritance which is reaching to the spouse is equivalent to quarter or if they have child the inheritance is one eight. (Civil Code, Article 649)
. Unveiled is offence and there is conviction for women who are not wearing scarf properly which are prison from one day to two months or paying the fee as a penalty from 50000 Rials to 500000 Rials. (Islamic Penal Code, Article 826)
.The age of puberty for the girls is nine years (lunar year) ,which is equal to the eight years and nine months of solar year and the criminal liability for the girls is thirteen years ( lunar year), and for the boys is 15 years ( lunar year), (Islamic Penal Code, Article 121)
We protest against all the inequality rules which are governing in the Regime of Islamic Republic of Iran and with refer to the:
Universal Declaration of Human Rights ,
Article 1:All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.
Article 2:Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
Article 6 and 7: Declare that all the humans must seen as equal before the law, and as a individual person ( regardless of gender and race) they should be recognized.
Article 10:Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.
Article 16: They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.
Article 21: Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country,and other articles of this declaration and seventeen goals of Agenda 2030 UNESCO are reminds of human rights and equality.
We demand for serious changes in Civil and Penal Codes of Regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran and have gender equality in all fields and non violent institutionalization in law and judiciary system of the country.
