Review of Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its coonstitution of the Islamparison with the cmic Republic of Iran

Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights considers any human being entitled to freedom of thought and religion and religion.
And this right includes the freedom of dissent and the change of religion and religion, and in this article, the freedom of the public and the disclosure of religion and expression, whether singly or collectively, is emphasized.
According to international human rights law, governments do not have the right to use religion as justifying restrictions on the fundamental rights of citizens. In fact, governments are committed to supporting the diversity of beliefs and worldviews.
The minority of knowing the followers of different religions and their pursuit of not recognizing them because of non-compliance with the official religion is considered to be inappropriate for the followers of different religions.
However, according to the 12th constitution, the Islamic Republic of Iran recognizes the official religion of Islam as a religion of Ja’fari, and in principle Article 13 of the Constitution recognizes only Zoroastrian, Jewish, and Christian religions.
These laws show discrimination between humans and, in fact, followers of other religions that are Sunni, Baha’i, Buddhists, and other worldviews and theologians are not recognized and do not enjoy full citizenship rights under the constitution.
The important point in this regard is the change in attitudes and religion of Shiite Muslims, who are considered apostate by Islamic law, and the sentence issued in this area is executed.
Interrogation, imprisonment, execution, which is the right to life of human beings; everyone is at fault for having a different attitude and opinion than what is accepted by the sovereignty of Iran.
And ultimately, what is certain; the non-recognition of the identity and existence of other religions in the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran leads to discrimination in human rights and freedoms that are counter-human.
