Review of Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its coonstitution of the Islamparison with the cmic Republic of Iran

Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights considers that any person has the right to freedom of expression and belief, and emphasizes that humans should not feel anxious to express themselves. This right is an important right to which other international documents have also been recognized by humans, and are emphasized in Articles 18 and 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Freedom of expression is not a privilege to be denied, it is a right, and this means that even if it is not stated in any law, a right remains, and no power can deny it. The right to freedom of opinion and expression is like the right to breathe and the right to eat and drink, which, if not mentioned in the law, can not be denied to citizens.
The idea is a heart and soul, but it is an external matter and has a vast territory; in such a way that it is expressed not only in the form of speech, but in the form of non-linguistic, written, visual, dance, musical and other forms of expression.
But in the laws of Iran, Iran does not explicitly refer to freedom of expression and thought, and only Article 23 of the Constitution considers the search for opinions to be forbidden. And he stressed that it would not be possible for a human being to abandon his beliefs.
And in principle, 24, it is also referred to as one of the most prominent examples of freedom of expression, namely “freedom of the press and publications”
But, in fact, there are restrictive laws that have led to the lack of freedom of expression in Iran; and this is the fact that the rights of individuals have been exploited by this community, and that we have often witnessed the detention and imprisonment of journalists, bloggers and even internet users.
Freedom of expression is realized when there is freedom after expression.
