International Women’s Day is a monumental event which is holding every year on March 8-18th of Esfand. This occasion is the focal point of the women’s rights movement. Depending on difference of the regions, the focus of this celebration, is to glorify and to defend the women’s rights, and also holding a celebration for the economic, political and social achievements of women.
At the beginning, this day began as a socialist political event among the socialist parties of the United States, Germany, and Eastern Europe, but after that, this event has combined with the culture of many countries.
