August 12; Video and Audio Clip in Commemoration of International Youth Day

Young people have different needs and problems that the correct identification of these injuries and needs and the correct response to them by the influential factors in relation to the education of young people, will play a very effective role in their development and growth.
On December 17,1999 United Nations General Assembly announced 12 August (21 Mordad) as International Youth Day.
International Youth Day was created with (thinking of creating a better world; with young people.)
To this end, the United Nations calls on all countries of the world to come to the aid of young people and to work for the development of facilities and resources.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights in this Articles 22-23-25 does not explicitly mention social ,culture ,financial, job creation for all und it also mention the establishment of welfare services as well as different sections of society.

The UNESCO 2030 Agenda refers to the goals 3-4-8 assurance for all and honorable employment for all, especially young people.

Currently one in six person works in Iranian society about 20 million young people aged between 15 to 29 are unemployment in the country.
The unemployment rate for men between the ages of 15 and 29 is 21 percent and for women 40 percent.

Youth workforce is a valuable asset for developing countries and they can be leaders in the scientific progress and growth of country.

A look at the situation of youth in Iran

Statistical center of Iran:
Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari provinces with 22.8 % , Kermanshah with 19.4 % and Baluchistan with 18.6% are among the provinces with the highest unemployment.

But this statistic announced by the Statistics Center does not correspond to the real number of unemployed in any way.

Islamic Republic of Iran to improve the employment process have failed and the unemployment crisis has increased throughout Iran. These problems have been accompanied by Youth protests and holding protests rallies and expressing their opinions and thoughts.

This behavior with the Iranian Youth ,is contrary to the principle 23 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Which refers to non-inquiry’s individual Inquisition und principle 26 and 27 which refers to peaceful gatherings also, principle 43 which reminds us to provide working conditions and facilities for all in order to achieve full employment.
