The World Health Organization named April 23-29 as a World Road Safety week to attract the world’s attention to the ensuing health, travel safety and road trips. According to the World Health Organization report, in Iran for every 10000 cars unfortunately 37 persons are dying (It’s four times more than global statistics). In Iran the main issues can be mention as; non standard roads, high traffic volumes, increasing the number of cars, lack of public transportation, exhaustion public transport, lack of car technical control, lack of resources for implementing of safety rules on roads, and weakness of medical aid. While the developing countries started to construct the double floor highways, but unfortunately in Iran, instead of highways construction just they are widening the roads which absolutely is not an expert and professional decision, it’s just increasing the car’s transverse move and road risk potential.
