Article 29 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its comparison with the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Article 29 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights stipulates:
(1) Everyone has a duty to a society that will enable him to develop his free and full development.
(2) Everyone exercising his rights and exercising his liberty shall be subject only to the limitations prescribed by law, solely for the purpose of securing the identification and observance of the rights and freedoms of others, for the proper conduct of the law, and for the general order and public welfare, in a democratic society Is set.
(3) These rights and freedoms can not, in any case, be enforced contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
This article expresses the right of individuals to be responsible to society and society.
Everyone has a duty to the community that allows her to grow freely and comprehensively.
Citizens’ rights are set for their benefit. Therefore, the legislator and the executive branch of the state must provide all necessary measures for the implementation of these rights and allow individuals to enjoy their rights.
The Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran is required, in the second principle of its constitution, to apply all facilities for the matters set forth in article three of this law:

Clause 13 Provide self-sufficiency in the science and technology of industry, agriculture and military affairs, and so on.
Clause 14 Ensuring the full rights of individuals from men and women and creating a fair judicial justice for all and an equality of the public against the law.
Despite the human rights and the rights of the citizen, which has been emphasized in article 3 of the Constitution, unfortunately, in the implementation of all these cases, due to the lack of freedom of expression and the lack of accountability of the owners of power and directors in the government of the Islamic Republic, in no part monitor and control in order to respect Citizenship rights have not been fulfilled.
It is imperative, with the knowledge of our inherent rights, to be able to follow up on our rights and demand their implementation.
