Review of Article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its comparison with the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Do you know: Article 30 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights? And they are your most basic human rights and belong to you.
Article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights explicitly states that the prohibition of torture is a violation of human dignity.
But in Articles 38 and 39 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Islamic Republic of Iran has also emphasized the prohibition of torture and explicitly, without exception, prohibits all forms of torture, physical or mental, and in any way prohibited. It does not have credibility.
But Iran was one of the few countries that did not accede to the Torture Convention.
Do you know why?
Because the Guardian Council discriminates against it, the rulers of the Islamic Republic of Iran, not only violate the provisions of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its related conventions, but also do not adhere to the fundamental laws of their country.
