Review of Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its comparison with the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Do you know: Article 30 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights? And they are your most basic human rights and belong to you. And you do not need to let someone to have these rights. It does not matter if you are a man or a woman, where you come from and what you believe, and this is yours.
Our belief is that we must know what rights we will take to ensure that we know and understand the rules that should guarantee our freedom in the future.
Emphasizing the provisions of this Declaration by us, for the sole reason of the awareness of individuals, of the recognition of their human rights in the community, whose rulers, based on the unconsciousness of the people, introduce the fundamental laws of the country without any contradiction and flaw.
Article One Universal Declaration of Human Rights intends to:
Every human being, born at birth, is born with equal rights with other people, he is born “free and equal” and must live free of charge. Equality is an integral part of human rights, and everyone is responsible for having a human being with others.
But do you know: Although in the 19th and 20th Iranian constitutions, equal rights and the equal protection of women and men against the law and the enjoyment of all rights are respected in accordance with Islamic standards?
But in practice, these laws do not provide the same equality as in the clause of the Universal Declaration
Do you know why
Because, as stated in Article 4 of the Iranian Constitution, all laws and regulations in the Islamic Republic of Iran are regulated by Islamic law, and this principle indirectly confirms discrimination against women. In Islamic law, women do not enjoy equal rights to men, but women are regarded as slave and property of men. In fact, religious sentences and rules are the basis of discrimination against women in the current Iranian society.
The principle of imitation in Islamic law refers to the rejection of rationality and conscience for all, meaning that the compulsory reading of the intellectual independence of the people and the creation of imitation of a source of imitation is created.
