It was the International Labor Day Protest in front of the Iranian Parliament, which has been violently attacked by the security forces. According to the pursuit of the labor organizations the number of detainees of this day announced at least 35 person. The assembly has been held in front of the Parliament on the Ordibehesht 11th ( May 1 ). According to 20th article of the Human Rights Universal Declaration and 27th fundamental laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran non-violent protest are allowed. but Any labor gathering in Iran has always been repressed by security forces. but it is noteworthy that there have been no legal licenses to celebrating this day in the last 40 years. In accordance with 63rd article of the Labor Act, the Ordibehesht 11th ( May 1 ) is an official holiday for workers in the Iran official calendar. But benefits and wages of work or idleness (holidays) days will not pay to Iranian workers and They are constantly seeking for their own delayed wages.
