\nObviously in the private area especially women\u201a these violation of rights are evidence.<\/strong>

\nBelow is a brief summary of their violation<\/strong><\/p>\n:
\n1- Breaking the dignity and the supreme value of humanity (the second principle of section 6th of 177th principles of the constitution.)<\/strong>
\nDaily news headlines in the social\/cultural and political fields all together are signs of breaking the dignity and the supreme value of humanity.<\/strong>
\nFor example plastic surgery included the breast beauty or female reproductive system and related surgery for women\u201a they have to permit from their husband. And it means that the appearance of the woman and also some parts of her body not belong to herself.<\/strong><\/p>\n2- Create insecure environment for women (3th principle-part one)<\/strong>
\nFor example in the name of hijab \u201awomen are always threatened and humiliated.<\/strong><\/p>\n3- Combat raising public awareness in all areas with using the newspapers and the media group and other appliances.(3th principle-second part)-violation of access to education and information for women. <\/strong>
\n For education they need the father\u2019s permission before marriage and the husband\u2019s permission after marriage.<\/strong><\/p>\n4- Having tyranny and autocracy and monopoly(3th principle part 6) <\/strong>
\nFor example women always are considered men\u2019s property.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n5- Failure to provide political and social freedoms.<\/strong>

\n19- Violation of women\u2019s rights and disapproval of them in political and legislation fields.(principal 56-177)<\/strong>
\nLegislature\u201a executive branch\u201a judiciary\u201a Islamic parliament\u201a\u2026<\/strong>
\nWhy the women\u2019s portion at the parliament is too low?<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
It is obvious that the women are deprived even from basic rights so women have to urban disobedience for their restoration rights.<\/strong>
\n-the lack of freedom to choosing their own cloths.<\/strong>
\n– No permission to singing<\/strong>
\n– No permission to present at sport stadiums.<\/strong>
\n– No personal freedom at the social and sport society.<\/strong>
\n– Not having the right to choose a husband.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
– Getting exposed to domestic violence and having no legal support.<\/strong>
\n– Getting exposed to social violence and having no legal support.<\/strong>
\n– Not having the right to freedom of expression that expresses the violence against the women.<\/strong><\/p>\nAt the final the women in Iran are suffered to dead off and the new wave of protests and women\u2019s movement are sign of awake of them for the rights are gone through these years.<\/strong>
