No human being should be treated differently because of race, gender, religion, money or social status.<br \/>\nBut does this matter come into effect in the Islamic Republic of Iran? Are all citizens the same against the law?<br \/>\nParagraphs 9 and 14 of the third principle of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran refer to the establishment of a fair judicial justice for all and an equality of the public against the law.<\/h3>\n<h3>But what we see in Iran<br \/>\n&#8211; Inequality of law in the punishment of crimes<br \/>\n&#8211; Inequality at the beginning of the criminal responsibility of men and women<br \/>\n&#8211; Inequality in the enjoyment of inheritance on the basis of religion<br \/>\n&#8211; Discrimination against women<br \/>\n&#8211; Infringement of the rights of religious minorities in the judicial system<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you know: there are 30 human rights laws?
