Obtained evidences and documents, are estimating the slavery history around 10,000 years. Maybe declaring illegalness of the slavery in USA, around 1865, was the peak point of the fight against slavery, but definitely, slavery is one of the most important kinds of discrimination in human society, and one of the darkest points of human civilization history. It was not inconceivable that the Human Rights Commission of United Nations, in codification of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which the purpose of its provision is to achieve the innate and citizenship rights of humans, pays special attention to this importance, hence, the 4th article of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is about this subject. Based on the 4th article of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, no one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
