Dear compatriots, we speak to you directly, without any knowledge of your race, sex, belief or opinion; because, based on 30 articles of Human Rights Universal Declaration, any person, without distinction of race, sex, opinion, place of birth or other status, is a member of “Human Family”, so they have their universal rights. hence, wherever you are, you have born with some rights, and the society has the obligation of protection and development of these rights. also, it has to be mentioned that, you do not need any permission from any person, organization or authority to claim these rights.
