The rights to the gender equality (Women and Men) is one of the most crucial and important issues in international law areas. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is the first United Nations document which is emphasized to the equality between women and men and no gender discrimination and in the first article of this charter is clearly mentioned all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights and in the second article everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this declaration.
