Review of Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its comparison with the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Do you know: Article 30 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights? And they are your most basic human rights and belong to you.
Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights refers to the most important right of every human being, the “right to life”. A right born from birth at birth. In this paragraph, it is simply stated that every human being must enjoy certain rights, such as the right to life, liberty and security.

Simply put, no human being should be killed, his security compromised, and his freedom be forbidden.
But how are these rights exercised in the rule of the Islamic Republic of Iran:
Iran, with the exception of the few countries that have not yet abolished the death penalty
In fact, the offense of considering religious rituals and punishing a person due to a change in religion is in conflict with the standards of international human rights law. Therefore, the imposition of capital punishment for apostasy and slander is a clear violation of the right to life.
But the right to freedom in Iran, which is in accordance with article 7 of the third principle of the constitution (the provision of political and social freedoms in the law), is the duty of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
But what is reflected in Iran limits human freedoms to the concept of “Islamic standards” and
Lack of freedom of expression of religious and political ideas
Lack of freedom to choose the cover
And the lack of gender liberties.
