The Route of the Liberty

In my opinion the human rights are not breaking in the countries like Iran and South Korea, in such countries there is not anything in the name of the human rights so that the government or the peculiar persons want or can break it. The tragic point is that the people and the masses are generaly unfamiliar with this word, and they do not know their primary rights. Imagine a child who has not heard and seen anything about football game. This child may read many books about this subject but he cannot have a correct perception about it until he see this game.

I personally have not know of a lady of my relations who would go out of her home with an ease mind and without stress and anxiety. I personally do not know a family in Iran who would celebrate a birthday party without a fear. The police who are secured by the people and have been formed to protect the life and the belongings of the people, bring about fear and anxiety to the people.

To possess satellite receivers, the kind of garb, being happy, laughing are of the primary rights of every mankind. These rights generally are overlooked in such countries, and unfortunately the people are satisfied and sometimes even happy, because of being unaware of these rights.

Inspecting the houses of the people without a legal order of the judicial authorities is against the personal freedom and against the public safty. In the societies where the rule of the law is observing and the human rights are respected, the government is responsible to protect the personal safties and family lives of the citizens.

In this societies any kind of unlegal intervention to the personal life of the people is considered as an offense. The people whose houses have been burglarized, can file a complaint, and the legal authorities would return their physical and spiritual rights. In this field, the national institution of the human rights and the institution of the civil society do have duties to take the complaints of the citizens to the releven authorities and try to return their rights.

Now bear in mind which complains to what kind of legal authorities will yield results? The persons who should be the protectors of the people enter to the homes and private confines of the people without an official permit and with the different pretext. This pretext may be a loud music or a satellite receivers. In the charter of the human rights has been stated in detail about the freedom of the expression and thought. Anybody should not be bothered and frightened.

Everybody do have the right of freedom of expression. This right includes the freedom of the investigation and spreading all kinds of information and thoughts, without bearing in mind the boundaries, whether oral or by hand, writing or printing or in the form of art or by every means they want and choose.

On the basis of documented reports, in 2013, 71 journalists have been killed as they were performing their duties. The areas in which the more victims have been registered are in order, Asia(24 persons), the Middle East and North Africa(23 persons). On the basis of these reports, The Islamic republic of Iran is in the same manner among the five countries which are ((the prison of the journalists)).

Syria, Somali and Pakistan are among the five countries with much more deaths for journalists are standing shoulder to shoulder. Two countries, India and the Philippines complete the list of the five countries which are the site of the murder of the journalists. Brazil and Mexico can be alternative members of this group. In Brazil the members of murdered journalist are five persons like the previous year. In Mexico two journalist were killed, but another three persons have been disappeared. Since one year ago as the revolutionary party of the Fundamental law has gained power. The pressure of the power centers  on the media and self-censoring have been increased. Unfortunately this matter is the reason of decreasing the numbers of the murders in this country. Since the beginning of the year 2013, 76 media activists have been arrested, which 42 persons of them are imprisoned after the Khordad election of this year. In this period 17 activists in mass media have been convicted to be imprisoned for 1 to 9 years. 12 media have been suspended.

The non-human behaviour against the idilogical prisoners are continuing as well. While much more of these prisoners are severely ill and the are in a dangerous situation in the same manner they are deprived of the right of cure. After this events much many groups and individuals began to act seriously to destroy this suffocation in Iran and they wanted these prisoners to be released. Many activists in the United Nations Organization are persistent in the same manner. On the other side, the families of these prisoners are trying with much toil in Iran, but alas there not any small movement towards a hope.
